Heather has almost 25 years of experience providing healing therapies. Overall her style is positive and enthusiastic, and her aim is to help clients increase awareness of the links between their mind and body so they can learn ways to heal themselves. Heather integrates and customizes modalities on the day of the treatment, such as myofascial and trigger point work, to help relieve musculoskeletal pain. She hopes to provide her clients with a physical and emotional connection through body-mind awareness.<\/p>

Heather has completed qualifications in both the US and Australia in\u00a0myofascial release<\/a>, meridian acupressure, healing touch, reiki, reflexology, craniosacral therapy,\u00a0lymphatic massage<\/a>, aromatherapy,\u00a0prenatal and postnatal massage<\/a>, east-west and remedial cupping, and more. She also holds qualifications and certifications as an infant massage instructor, meridian yoga teacher in both yin and yang yoga, yoga nidra meditation teacher, and mat pilates teacher. Her love for health and wellness continued over the years receiving a Bachelors Degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, and is currently studying a Masters in Psychology to become a registered clinical psychologist.<\/p>

She has a profound ability to connect with the spiritual realm through her sense of hearing-clairaudience. With a compassionate, intuitive approach, she offers guidance, healing, and insight to her clients, helping them navigate their spiritual journeys and to find clarity in their lives.<\/p>

Heather\u2019s healing sessions are tailored to meet the individual needs of her client, whether they seek spiritual guidance, emotional healing, or connection with their higher selves. She creates a safe and supportive space where clients can freely express themselves, allowing the messages from the spiritual realm to flow through her and provide profound insights and understanding.
