Please read all policies before booking your appointment. If you are unable to find the time you need, or have any questions, do not hesitate to call, or send us an email. We will do our best to accommodate your needs in a timely manner.
We know people need reminders from time to time, so we will contact you two days prior
to your scheduled appointment.
We understand if life gets in the way, and you can’t get the time to come and see us. Please be courteous and call more than 24 hours prior if you need to cancel appointments. This allows us to give your space to someone else and find a new time for your next visit. If something comes up last minute and you cancel on the day, full service fees apply to cover our costs, this includes any bookings made outside of business hours online.
If you are late for your appointment, we will do our best to give you a great service with the time remaining, however full fees will apply.
All appointments need to be held by credit card (provided at time of booking and securely stored).
